WSD were happy to be awarded the structural and architectural steel detailing elements of Kent University Science Hub for ESS Modular. We worked closely with ESS Modular’s brilliant in-house team of Engineers and Architects through the modelling stage and went on to complete all associated fabrication drawings, factory plans, fitting drawings etc once we received sign-off.

The total on-site time with this job was 18 weeks and it was completed 55% quicker than if it were a traditional build. This job is a testament to the benefits to off-site and Modular construction.
